The Portsmouthfreunde in Duisburg have produced this promotional video for their twin city of Portsmouth and its attractions. There is an introduction from me in German at the beginning and and a message from The Lord Mayor of Portsmouth 2020-2021 Cllr Rob Wood at the end.
