An opportunity for young people from Portsmouth, Caen and Duisburg to join forces at the end of September and learn how to work together in a team while also learning about the running of a sailing vessel on The Solent together.
The project is run by the Morning Star Trust which is based in Gosport and the opportunity os funded by a grant.
This means that applicants would need to fill out an application form (see below). The project would be fully covered, subject to successful funding, so the only cost to the successful applicants would be the travel to and from the city of Portsmouth (Gosport) and of course any personal spending money they would wish to bring.
It is likely this opportunity will happen on more than one occasion. The next probable occurrence will be as below:
Dates: Embarkation date: Monday 27th September 2021.
Disembarkation: Sunday 3rd October .
11 places maximum available. Ages 18 - 25 inclusive.
